Taiwan is surrounded by sea and has beautiful outlying island scenery, and there are hundreds of water activities.

Free diving is a popular marine activity nowadays, but it is also the oldest and most primitive form of diving. In earlier times, people would collect food, shells, pearls, etc. through free diving, and nowadays it has become a leisure activity.

　Freediving means not carrying an air bottle, adjusting breathing through one's own lung capacity, feeling the fluctuations in the water in a relaxed state, using one's own eyes to observe and explore the wonders of the marine world, and also using different angles to appreciate the underwater world that we have never seen before.

　The most attractive thing about freediving is that it doesn't make any noise and you can swim quietly beside the fish and turtles, and that tiny time makes you a part of the sea.

　There is a "Whale Eyes Free Diving Center" located in Kenting, Hengchun, which has many courses about being in the ocean, including free diving. The founder of the whale's eye said that the reason for creating the diving center is to let more people know about the sea, understand that the sea and water are not scary, and that they can relax and experience interesting things in this gravity-free space! As long as you follow the instructor's instruction, everyone can wander in the ocean like a fish.

　In recent years, besides canoeing, diving, SUP and many other marine sports, Taiwan sailing experience has become a popular water leisure sport.

　The Taiwan sailing experience will be led by professional instructors or captains, and there are many different ways to play, making it a perfect option to enjoy the sea with family and friends, and to sit quietly on a sailboat at dusk to enjoy the yellow-orange sunset.
